1. Definitions

• "Platform" – The Recrui8 website, mobile applications, and related services.
• "User" – Any individual or entity using the Platform, including but not limited to Job Seekers, Recruiters, Buddy Referrers, and Employers.
• "Content" – Any text, graphics, images, videos, job postings, resumes, or other material uploaded to the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Services

Recrui8 provides:

• Job posting and publishing tools.
• AI-based candidate matching and screening.
• AI interviews and candidate shortlisting.
• Communication tools including in-platform chat and WhatsApp integration.
• Candidate management and recruitment tracking.

We may modify or discontinue features without prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false or misleading job information.
• Upload unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory content.
• Use the Platform to spam or harass other users.
• Attempt to breach security measures of the Platform.

6. Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Free Services – Many features of Recrui8 are free to use.
• Paid Services – Some premium features may require payment; fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
• Cancellations – You may cancel your paid subscription or service anytime from your account settings.
• Refunds – Refunds for paid services are only provided if:
  • The service was not delivered as promised due to a technical fault attributable to us, and
  • You request a refund in writing within 7 days of payment.
  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.

  No refunds are offered for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
  • Situations where the service was delivered as described.

7. Content Ownership & Licensing

• Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
• By uploading, you grant Recrui8 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing services.

8. Data Privacy

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Recrui8 does not guarantee job placement or hiring results.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the accuracy of job postings.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your use of the Platform poses a security or legal risk.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune/Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
