Job Description:

  • ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY
  1. MoUs with major Equipment, Material and Service vendors
  2. Arranging Material and Services at Site Location to meet business targets.
  3. Coordinate with Marketing and Projects to ensure material planning with vendors to meet Business Plans
  4. To coordinate with HR and ensure that manpower requirements for Commercial Team is under control
  5. To organize Commercial MIS for Top Management.
  6. To organize KRAs, KPIs of self and Commercial team.
  7. To ensure Commercial SOP like no. of quotes, negotiations, Price Comparison etc are followed in all completeness and transparency is ensured in Commercial dealings, keeping Company’s reputation in mind
  8. To ensure that Purchase to Pay cycle is followed to enable Accounts to organize timely payments.
  9. Imparting training to sub ordinates
  10. Assist HR & Admin and ensure Office Admin is in order (though responsibility is of HR, POs to be finalized by Commercial).
  11. To ensure that we deal with vendors of repute and avoid dealings with vendors who are GST defaulters or are having financial issues.
  12. To ensure that everyone in the team makes entries in ERP as per requirement
  13. Daily stock monitoring of critical items.
  14. Monitoring the cost and performance of major suppliers.
  • AUTHORITY
  1. Release POs as per release strategy.
  2. To Approve and Monitor KRAs, KPIs of Commercial team on quarterly basis.
  3. Leave Approvals of Commercial Team
  4. Recommendation of Commercial Organization Charts and recruitments.
  5. Negotiation for procurement of all material and services
  6. Negotiation with transporters /CHA etc.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business / Supply Chain / Engineering
